Fun Adventure of the Day!

One of the Summer Program students found a lizard egg while looking for worms. Ms. Karey and K. (CLC student) wanted to keep the egg warm. Karey held it for a bit and then K. wanted to watch over the egg. While he held it in his hand in the sun, he felt the egg moving in his hand. A few minutes later he announced the egg is cracking. As we all arrived to see, a lizard head popped out and then seconds later, there was the baby lizard. All the students took great care not to scare it or step on it. We later moved it to the bushes for its safety.
