Community Learning Center Academy would like to wish you and your family holidays filled with joy! School will be closed from Monday, December 24th through Monday, January 7th, 2019. School will re-open on Tuesday, January 8th.
The students of Community Learning Center Academy did a successful fundraiser in which they raised $500 for playground equipment! The students were acknowledged in a celebration and they have been enjoying their new playground equipment which included soccer balls, soccer goals, footballs, jump ropes, hula hoops, cornhole and much more! Well done to the students!
Happy Halloween! Today we celebrated with a pizza party! The kids got to show off their costumes and play games such as turning each other into mummies using toilet paper!
At Community Learning Center Academy it is a common sight to see students helping each other with their schoolwork.
Today our students learned the science behind what makes things glow in the dark!
Today the students made swirl art projects! One student said, “I made a Spider Man kind and purple kind! It was a lot of fun!” – DC, age 6.
Today the Kindergarten through 3rd Grade classes made an expanding foam out of baking soda, vinegar, and Borax. They then made art projects! They were very proud of their creations!
Today the kids celebrated fall with Lynn from Consumer Energy Solutions! Lynn and Consumer Energy Solutions generously donate their time and support to the students of Community Learning Center!
