The 4th/5th graders’ field trip was a combo of activities including Barnes & Noble where the kids were able to purchase a book or two of their choosing, Jimmy John’s to order lunch and then over to beautiful Crest Lake Park for a picnic, duck feeding and playground time.

The CLC Campers had a blast during Zoo Week! They campers got to see lots of amazing animals at Lowry Park Zoo and Big Cat Rescue! They also beat the heat by enjoying time at the pool! Next week promises to be just as much fun and the theme is Water Play!

This week the theme for CLC Summer Camp is GAMES! The students got to go bowling, play miniature golf, do sack races at the park and play a variety of games both inside and outside. As always, swimming was SUPER fun! (The CLC Campers go swimming each week of camp!)
Ms. Sharon’s students took another trip to the library and once again had fun doing STEM projects while they were there. Ms. Sharon reports that the librarians once again commented on how interested and engaged the students were and that they were also very well behaved!
Today the students went on an Easter egg hunt hosted by Clearwater Community Volunteers in Osceola Park. The students each found many eggs, including a special egg that could be traded for a stuffed animal. The students enjoyed their adventure and their gifts from Clearwater Community Volunteers.
