CLC Academy is holding a raffle to raise money for school sports equipment.

Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the Raffle is Community Learning Center, Inc located at 1411 N. Fort Harrison Ave, Clearwater, FL 33755.
2. The Raffle is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Raffle. Any adult can request one free raffle ticket by entering their information on our Raffle page.
4. While there is no purchase necessary to enter the raffle, additional raffle tickets will be awarded to people who make a donation.
5. By entering the Raffle, entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. Donations can be made by calling (727) 441-4444 and using a credit card, in person by visiting Community Learning Center or by visiting https://clcacademics.com/clc-academy-raffle/ or other pages on the clcacademics.com that have links to make donations.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries in the Raffle that are not received for whatever reason.
8. Raffle Tickets have no cash value.
9. Community Learning Center reserves the right to cancel or amend the Terms and Conditions and Rules of the Raffle without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Community Learning Center’s control. Any changes to the Raffle will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Community Learning Center.
10. Community Learning Center’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Raffle will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry into the Raffle. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
12. Winners of the Raffle will be posted for at least 30 days after the drawing at www.clcacademics.com/raffle-winners.

Raffle Rules

1. Community Learning Center will randomly select raffle tickets on December 20, 2021 at Winter Wonderland located at 201 N Fort Harrison Ave, Clearwater, FL 33755. Various prizes will be awarded to the holder of the raffle ticket.
2. Closing time for Raffle entries will be just prior to the actual drawing. After this time no further entries to the Raffle will be permitted.
3. Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Community Learning Center and or its agents.
4. You do NOT have to be present to win. If the winner of a Raffle prize is not present, the winner will be notified by email and/or phone (if provided) within 2 days of the drawing.
5. All prizes will be awarded. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Community Learning Center will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. Community Learning Center can not mail or deliver prizes.
7. The Raffle prizes are as stated below and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. Prizes include:
   • Chocolate, Coffee & Cocoa Basket ($75 value)
   • Clearwater Marine Aquarium tickets, (100 value)
   • Baker’s Delight Basket ($75 value)
   • Movie Night Basket ($90 value)
   • Family Bowling Night ($64 value)

Community Learning Center is not responsible for inaccurate prize details connected with this raffle. Prizes may differ from images used.
