Applications FAQ
Our school day starts at 8:30 am and ends at 3:00 pm. Aftercare is available until 5:15 pm for an additional $85 a month.
We follow the public school calendar. Typically this means we start the school year in mid-August and the school year ends in late May. We are also closed on the same days as the public schools in Pinellas County.
We do not offer transportation to or from the school. We have a school van that is used for class field trips and Summer Camp only.
We offer after-school care for our CLC Academy students for the low cost of $110 per month.
Tuition and enrollment fees change from year to year based on the Step Up for Students scholarship amount. Typically, the Step Up scholarship covers a large part of the cost of tuition. We also accept self-pay families. Our goal is to offer quality private school education that is affordable. Please contact us for current tuition rates.
We create an individual academic program based on your child’s needs and we use curriculum that works. We do not use Common Core curriculum.
Currently, we accept Step Up for Students scholarships. These can be applied for by going to the Step Up website at: apply.stepupforstudents.org. Contact us for more information about these scholarships.
Most of the Step Up scholarships cover a large part of the annual school tuition. In cases where the scholarship does not fully cover tuition, the tuition amount that the parent is expected to pay is very minimal.
Parents are expected to pay enrollment fees and materials fees. We strive to make private schooling affordable for most everyone. Contact us for more information on our current fees.
Our class sizes are small which means our teacher-to-student ratio is low. Your child will get the help they need in order to succeed.
Currently, we do not offer school lunches. Students need to bring their own lunches and snacks for the day.
We do not offer summer school at this time. However, we do offer Summer Camp at an additional cost.
We offer recess, art and voice lessons at no additional charge.
There is no school uniform, however, students are expected to follow the dress code policy.
